Michael Valentini

Michael Valentini is a dedicated and highly experienced pipefitter with nearly three decades of service in Local 140. Over the past 29 years, he has built a strong reputation for his work ethic, craftsmanship, and leadership in the field. Currently serving as a General Foreman, Michael brings over a decade of management experience, where he has successfully led teams, overseen complex projects, and mentored the next generation of tradesmen.

 

As the husband of Founder Martha Valentini, Michael has been closely connected to the heart and growth of Passionate Wings. His unwavering support, both behind the scenes and within his family, has played a meaningful role in the organization’s consistency and strength over the years.

 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Michael is a devoted family man and proud father of five. Known for his integrity, commitment, and steady leadership, he is widely regarded as a positive role model—both on the job and at home.
