Micah Roquiero

Micah Roquiero serves as the CMO and a Board Member of Passionate Wings, bringing a visionary mindset and a deep commitment to creating meaningful impact in the lives of others. Driven by a desire to improve lives and create lasting change, Micah is passionate about raising awareness around domestic violence and ensuring survivors know there is a path forward to healing, independence, and a better future. He is dedicated to helping build opportunities and support systems that empower individuals to rebuild their lives with strength and confidence.

With over two decades of experience in marketing and more than 13 years in real estate, Micah has built a career centered on strategy, innovation, and connection. He began his professional journey in Hawaii as a graphic designer for a safety supply company, quickly advancing to Lead Graphic Designer and the Marketing and Events Director—a role he held for nearly 20 years. During that time, he developed a strong foundation in branding, event production, and community engagement, skills that continue to influence his work across industries.

In 2013, Micah transitioned into real estate along Utah’s Wasatch Front, where he has helped countless individuals and families achieve homeownership and build generational wealth. Known for his strategic approach and marketing expertise, he has set himself apart by leveraging media to create maximum exposure for his clients. Over the past several years, he has expanded his reach as a television personality on Utah’s Real Estate Essentials, where he educates and connects with a broad audience through broadcast media.

In addition to television, Micah is an active voice in the real estate and business community through podcasting. He is the host of the MR Utah Real Estate Podcast and co-host of the Utah Housing Market Podcast, where he shares insights on the Utah housing market, real estate trends, and strategies for buyers, sellers, and investors. Through these platforms, he continues to educate, inform, and empower audiences while expanding awareness and opportunities within the communities he serves.

Micah’s leadership extends beyond his professional career into community service. He has been actively involved with the FilAm (Filipino American) Chamber of Commerce of Utah and the Filipino Festival of Utah from 2013 to 2023, serving most of those years as Chairman and continuing to support as an advisor. Through these roles, he has demonstrated a strong ability to lead organizations, coordinate large-scale events, and bring communities together around a shared purpose.

As a member of the Passionate Wings Board and Support Team, Micah contributes his strengths in leadership, marketing, fundraising strategy, mentorship, problem-solving, and networking. He is committed to helping the organization expand its reach, amplify its mission, and create sustainable growth that directly impacts the lives of survivors. His approach blends strategic thinking with genuine compassion, ensuring that every initiative is both effective and meaningful.

Outside of his professional and nonprofit work, Micah is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Having spent much of his life in Utah, along with many years in Hawaii, he brings a diverse perspective and a deep appreciation for community, family, and resilience—values that continue to guide his life and his service.
