Martha Garcia Valentini is the Founder and CEO, as well as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Passionate Wings, a nonprofit organization she established in 2018 with a deeply personal mission—to be a voice for women who feel they have lost theirs. Inspired by her mother’s journey through domestic violence, Martha witnessed firsthand the impact abuse can have on a woman’s identity, confidence, and sense of safety. That experience shaped what she now recognizes as her life’s purpose: to stand in the gap for survivors and help them find their strength again.

For Martha, Passionate Wings is more than an organization—it is a calling. She has spent much of her life supporting and uplifting women, but through this work, she has fully stepped into her purpose of advocacy and empowerment. Her vision is simple but powerful: that every woman who walks through Passionate Wings feels safe, supported, and reminded of her worth. She is deeply committed to helping survivors rebuild not only their lives, but their confidence, independence, and belief in a better future.

Under Martha’s leadership, Passionate Wings continues to grow as a place of hope and transformation. She is driven by a long-term vision of creating something that lasts—a legacy organization that will serve generations of women to come. Her goal is not only to help those in need today, but to build a foundation that ensures future survivors will always have a place to turn.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Martha is an experienced grant writer and a licensed real estate professional with Real Estate Essentials, where she has served clients since 2013. Her work in real estate reflects her passion for helping individuals and families create stability, security, and opportunity in their lives.

Martha leads with compassion, strength, and unwavering purpose. She is a devoted mother of three, a proud grandmother, and recently married. Everything she does is rooted in her belief that every woman deserves to feel safe, confident, and empowered—and that with the right support, healing and transformation are always possible.
