Marsha Fish

Board of Directors, Secretary

Marsha Fish brings a lifetime of service, entrepreneurial spirit, and heartfelt dedication to her role as Secretary on the Board of Directors at Passionate Wings. Born and raised in Australia, Marsha relocated to the United States in 2010, drawn not only by a new chapter of life but by love — marrying the man she calls the love of her life and her source of consistent joy, and planting roots in Utah where their life together began.

Holding an Associate Diploma in Applied Science with a focus in Massage Therapy and Aesthetics, Marsha built a distinguished career as an entrepreneur in the therapeutic and beauty industries, successfully founding and growing multiple businesses before transitioning her energy fully into service and advocacy work. Most notably, she owned and operated a multi-location sober living company, providing safe harbor and a path forward for individuals in recovery.

Marsha’s passion for serving women runs deep. She has volunteered in numerous capacities with the American Cancer Society’s Look Good Feel Better program and contributed her time and expertise to the Cancer Council Australia — both organizations dedicated to restoring dignity and confidence in women facing serious illness. Her personal connection to that mission is profound: Marsha is a survivor of stage 4 melanoma cancer, and her journey through that experience has only deepened her empathy, resilience, and determination to show up fully for others facing their darkest moments.

Her church community has also been a cornerstone of her service life, where she has consistently focused her efforts on uplifting and supporting women in meaningful ways.

It is this same calling — to help less fortunate women find peace and prosperity — that drew Marsha to Passionate Wings. She believes deeply that every woman deserves safety, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive, and she is honored to bring her experience, compassion, and hard-won strength to the organization’s mission of empowering women affected by domestic violence.

When she is not advocating for others, Marsha cherishes time with her husband of 16 years — the steady love at the center of her world — and their beautifully combined family of four children and three grandchildren, who inspire everything she does.
