Bianca Ramos is a dedicated member of the Passionate Wings support team, bringing a powerful combination of lived experience, professional insight, and a deep commitment to helping others heal and grow. She is passionate about seeing individuals for who they truly are—not just what they have been through—and is devoted to helping survivors rediscover their strength, voice, and potential.
Bianca’s journey is rooted in resilience. Having experienced environments shaped by violence and instability from an early age, along with the loss of her mother to suicide, being raised by an abusive and inconsistent father, and the responsibility of stepping into a caregiving role at a young age, she developed a deep understanding of both hardship and inner strength. These experiences now serve as the foundation for her work, allowing her to connect with others through empathy, authenticity, and a genuine desire to support transformation.
Professionally, Bianca brings experience across nonprofit work, behavioral health, and organizational development. She has supported adolescents as a Behavioral Health Technician and has worked in human resources as an onboarding specialist, with experience in recruiting, training, and learning and development. She also designs and facilitates trainings focused on building self-trust, setting healthy boundaries, and developing resilience—empowering individuals to use their strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.
Bianca actively collaborates with organizations throughout Utah to expand access to resources and support services. She is continuing her education with an interdisciplinary focus on criminology and psychology, further strengthening her ability to understand human behavior and advocate for individuals navigating complex life circumstances.
At her core, Bianca leads with empathy balanced by accountability. She believes that true growth comes from both compassion and personal responsibility, and she is committed to walking alongside others as they reclaim their voice, rebuild their confidence, and step into a renewed sense of purpose.
As part of the Passionate Wings team, Bianca is dedicated to helping create a safe, empowering environment where survivors feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward. Her work reflects the organization’s mission to help women rebuild, heal, and thrive—turning lived experience into strength and purpose.
